Formación

• 10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and translate business needs into workflows for client and tech teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned with overall business strategy.
• Lead new client pitches and oversee transition to implementation for setup.
• Analyse data to support decision‑making and create reports for new solutions.
• Create commercial models that deliver the workflow.
