OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Client Solutions Director to bridge technical teams, new business, and support to deliver strategic objectives. You will lead client pitches, analyze processes, and implement technology solutions across Spain and EMEA, traveling regularly.

This permanent role demands a strong strategic mindset and outstanding stakeholder management. Experience in advertising or digital content operations, fluency in multiple languages, and a proactive approach to risk

Formación

10-15 years' experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, or technical consulting.
Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
Fluency in Spanish, German or French language.

Responsabilidades

Lead new client pitches and setups, and manage the transition to implementation.
Analyse client processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design technology-enabled solutions aligned with business strategy.
Create commercial models that enable scalable workflows.
Own data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and client recommendations.
