Job Description: Client Services Executive (Inwards)

As a Client Services Executive (Inwards), you will provide account management services to global accounts incoming to Germany & Switzerland from our worldwide multinational network. Your responsibilities include issuing and delivering policy documentation for renewals and new business endorsements, ensuring compliance with Chubb's standards through rigorous data quality checks (100% data quality checking prior to issuance & booking).

The role also involves collaborating closely with global service teams across the Chubb global network, underwriting, credit control, and other internal stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities :
  • Ensure all programs and policy documentation are issued according to service standards and corporate guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, Chubb offices, and other external parties, becoming the main contact for all service-related matters concerning their accounts.
  • Support Chubb's business development and client relationship activities.
  • Assist global client service executives and underwriters with account management and activities.
  • Participate in ongoing projects aimed at improving the Global Services Department.
  • Ensure that Chubb's service standards are met and exceeded in implementing global programs.
  • Adhere to Chubb's ethical and service standards.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Native-level proficiency in German is mandatory.
  • Additional European languages (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, Swedish, Danish) are required.
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential.
  • Previous experience in underwriting support is advantageous.
  • An insurance background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude.
