About the Role :

The Client Services Associate will play a key role in ensuring the success of our research projects by supporting client communication, coordinating project logistics, and maintaining operational excellence. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients across different markets to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a key point of contact for clients during the course of projects, providing timely updates and addressing queries.

Support the recruitment and scheduling of respondents for qualitative and quantitative research projects.

Assist in setting up project materials, managing documentation, and maintaining detailed project trackers.

Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth fieldwork management and issue resolution.

Identify potential challenges in project delivery and proactively propose solutions.

Ensure all project deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with client objectives.

Support data validation and quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity of research outcomes.

Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Who You Are :

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team.

Previous experience in client services, project coordination, or market research is preferred.

Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones.
