What will you be doing

Leveraging Circanas Foodservice tools (CREST & Salestrack) the Specialist is responsible for growing the relationships between Circana and key operators & foodservice manufacturer clients in the Foodservice team.

This person will engage in all aspects of client support including onboarding nurturing client relationships making analytical recommendations and creating and delivering insightful presentations for some Spanish clients as well support some PanEurope accounts at the EMEA Foodservice team.

The goal is to extend beyond providing data but to be a trusted partner our internal practice teams and clients rely on.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the budget and day-to-day relationships with a defined client portfolio (Spanish clients).
  • Support on building strategic relationships with client contacts at Pan European Level.
  • Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
  • Accurately interpret data and clearly articulate findings and insights to both internal and external audiences in written and verbal formats.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and teams within Circana to ensure success for the business (OPS Marketing Other Countries local teams etc)
  • Deliver insightful presentations and maintain recurring reports & dashboards.
  • Build expertise in Foodservice industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Experience of 1-2 years working with consumer panel and syndicated data is preferred.
  • Demonstrate fearlessness and stability both internally and with clients in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; curiosity and drive.
  • Ability to generate / support creative ideas and effectively sell those ideas.
  • Aptitude to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions / insights from several data sources.
