THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to work with us on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This position is based on a hybrid working model, working out of a Barcelona office 2-3 days a week.

To work in partnership with the Client to provide a mutually profitable, efficient and professional fulfilment service through total ownership of the account/contract including: Client Relationships, Sales/Business Development, Operational Ownership, and Team Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Daily cooperation with a client
  2. Product development with the suppliers
  3. Coordination of the production of products
  4. Budget forecasting

EXPERIENCE

  1. Client Services management experience in a busy corporate environment
  2. POS/Print experience
  3. Experience of blue chip compliance environment
  4. Experience of complex incident reporting and complaint management
  5. Relevant Topic Graduate
  6. Polished professional communication and presentation skills
  7. Bi-lingual Language skills – required language & English
  8. Knowledge about PSP/Permanent display
  9. Premiums/gadgets global business understanding capabilities
  10. Knowledge about premiums products, printing technologies, vouchers, lotteries
  11. Brief reception, questioning and production capabilities
  12. Understanding the suppliers (premiums) capabilities
