Ebury Madrid/Barcelona is seeking a Junior Customer Relations Executive to support corporate clients with daily operational and trading assistance. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, liaise with internal teams, and ensure high-quality service across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Office-based roles in Madrid/Barcelona offer a collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Passion for client servicing and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high workload peaks in a busy client-facing environment.
• Experience liaising between internal teams to resolve client issues.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary contact for corporate clients trading online via the EBO platform.
• Understand clients' FX needs and business activities to ensure seamless service.
• Promote the Ebury offering and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
