As a Client Partner / Account Sales Executive for the Iberia region, you will close new business and renewals in different industries / accounts to exceed our team's goals. This is a quota-carrying role (IC) with compensation in the form of base salary and commission. Performance is measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through acquiring new logos, up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling, both individually and collaboratively with our partners in each account. This position requires 2 days of in-office work in Las Rozas de Madrid and 3 days of remote work, reporting to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from inception to close.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system and carry out weekly reporting of commercial activity to senior management.
- Provide technical and functional expertise for our customers at all stages : pre-sales; integration, best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position Pandora FMS.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software or IT solutions industry B2B.
- Strong understanding of IT monitoring and management solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Must Haves
- 5+ years experience of outperforming sales targets as an individual contributor, quota carrying role.
- 2-3 years experience managing complex sales cycles averaging 3-9 months, with multiple stakeholders.
- 2-3 years of proven experience of meeting and achieving sales targets as an outbound sales exec / hunter in the tech industry.
- 2+ years experience in Consultative Sales / Solution Selling to C-Level decision makers in different industries.
- Experience using CRM (Hubspot would be a plus) and being KPI driven.
- Versatile, demonstrating ownership and responsibility for your actions and results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish (Another language would be a plus).
