AtTop Doctors Group, we’re looking for a Client Operations Support to support the onboarding, configuration, and continuous improvement of our healthcare clients’ experience, clinics, and hospitalson the TopDoctorsplatform.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an important medical project in one of the most competitive sectors, with national and international impact, in a fast-growing, competent, young, and dynamic company.

️ Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding and setup of clients on the Top Doctors platform (organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, etc.), including guidance on the use of tools and functional aspects.
  • Maintain and update client data, including review migration, redactions, and configuration changes to optimize performance and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s main point of contact (e.g., Marketing Manager or equivalent) to ensure accurate management of doctors’ profiles and alignment on broader business initiatives related to the hospital.
  • Create and update doctors’ digital profiles based on specific preferences, ensuring alignment with defined style, quality, and format standards.
  • Create and manage client-facing materials (e.g., business cards, posters, QR codes) and liaise with third-party providers as needed.
  • Configure services contracted by the doctor according to the roadmap (e.g., DDI, GMB, WebDoc, tool pre-installation, calendar integration, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain training materials to support clients' onboarding and adoption.
  • Track and report client performance metrics and manage the client feature and KPI matrix.
  • Review and validate deliverables such as monthly reports before distribution.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure quality across transcription and thematic tagging.

Minimum requirements:

  • Knowledge acquired in the performance of similar duties.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and perform tasks independently under defined processes.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Willingness to adapt to new procedures and tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, and Excel. Advanced in the use of computers and software, including knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, web browsing, and email.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen actively to doctors, explain and respond clearly and concisely.
