LHH CTMA busca un Onboarding Specialist & Delivery Assistant para gestionar la activación y onboarding de programas de transición de carrera, atendiendo también actividades de entrega de ICEO. El rol es dual y flexible, con reporte a Engagement Manager y Director de Cand. & Cons. Experience CT&M y LD (DACH BNP).

Se espera experiencia en RR.HH./consultoría, excelentes habilidades comunicativas y dominio del inglés. Trabajo híbrido en oficina de Madrid, con posibilidad de viajes según negocio.

Qualifications

• Experiencia deseada en RR.HH., servicios o consultoría.
• Experiencia con llamadas salientes y prospección.
• Manejo de herramientas informáticas y navegación web.
• Excelente capacidad de comunicación en inglés.

Responsibilities

• Presentar y promocionar servicios entre candidatos.
• Contacto y alcance a candidatos según protocolo.
• Realizar llamadas, correos y LinkedIn.
• Apoyar sesiones de Care/Info en sitio o digital.
• Actuar como puente entre LHH, candidato y consultor.
• Cumplir KPIs de Engagement y objetivos de negocio.
• Colaborar con liderazgo de Engagement para estrategias.
• Proporcionar pronósticos a la dirección.

The primary focus of this position is Engagement, which involves activating and onboarding career transition programs for candidates from diverse companies. Additionally, the role will entail providing support for ICEO delivery activities. Key Accountabilities

Engagement Netherlands and Belgium 70%Description and presentation of our services among candidatesContact and outreach candidates based on outreach protocolPhone callsEmailLinkedInOther channelsSupport and conduct Care/Info session, if necessary, on site or digitallyActing as a liaison between LHH, candidate, and consultantFollow all Business policies and processes, best practice guidelines alwaysDeal with different stake holders to ensure smooth run of operationsMeet KPI’S and Engagement targetsSupport team and management to achieve business objectives and or deliverables including presentations, travel and material if appliedCollaborate with engagement leadership and key stakeholders to develop engagement strategies for individual projects and accountsMonitor engagement trends, propose and implement solutions to maximize revenueAssist in training new engagement specialistsPositively contribute towards creating a positive, solution orientated, results driven and high-performance cultureCollaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to continuously improve candidate engagementSupport management to implement future vision for engagementProvide accurate forecasts to managementStay up to date on industry knowledge, complete necessary training and proactively develop skills required for the roleSupport/Cover any Engagement colleagues when absent or in Holiday in India and other countriesShopper callsUse an implementation of different tools/ methodologies mentioned by management (Orbit, NGEN, Call system, call script, outreach protocols, status protocol and system initiatives)

Fluent in EnglishIdeally Professional experience in HR, service, or consulting environmentExpertise in a professional sales environment is advantageousStrong Service and Quality OrientationExperience with outbound and call callingExcellent communication and motivational skillsReliability and professionalism in appearance and speechPersuasiveness and ability to lead active conversationsIndependent and goal-oriented work styleEmpathy to assess the counterpart and develop suitable conversation structuresVery good computer and internet user skillsVery good English language skills, both written and spoken and local languages is a plus
