Role Overview

As a Client Manager at 360dialog, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the EMEA region. Your goal is to guide clients in leveraging WhatsApp as a strategic performance channel and integrating it into their growth strategy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships, serving as the voice of the client within our organization, and leading them toward achieving measurable success on WhatsApp. This role demands exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, establishing clear expectations from the outset
  • Serve as the voice of the client within 360dialog, ensuring solutions are aligned with their goals and requirements
  • Maintain transparent and proactive communication regarding timelines, project changes, and potential challenges
  • Educate clients on performance messaging strategies, best practices, and emerging trends
  • Analyze client performance data to develop tailored success strategies for different industries, verticals, and use cases
  • Transform client use cases into actionable growth strategies, driving measurable results through WhatsApp
Key Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with Meta or Google advertising products
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and the ability to position
Preferred
  • Experience in working with or for media agencies
