THE ROLE

The Client HR Tech Lead oversees the technical landscape of Alight’s global payroll clients. They collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on HR technology solutions, and stay updated on product upgrades and best practices. They also support the Client Service Lead with HR Tech topics to enhance client perception and technical delivery excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide end-to-end HR technology expertise and best practices within the contracted landscape.
  • Ensure client technical design post-go-live, supporting roles as needed, and lead discussions on standard models and design deviations.
  • Coordinate and communicate about product upgrades and feature enablement, promoting increased usage of HR technology.
  • Manage cross-client initiatives requiring coordination at the account level.
  • Maintain the technological health of client service delivery and serve as a second-level escalation for critical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for technical change requests (CRs).
  • Moderate technical design documentation and updates.
  • Handle resource requests for technical changes.
REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior clients and internal teams. They should possess solid knowledge of Alight’s standard products (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle hrX, payroll engines, time solutions), including features and integration best practices. A problem-solving mindset and coordination skills are essential.
