OCX in Madrid is seeking an experienced Client Finance and Billing Coordinator to support the Controllership Team and financial operations across the agency. You will handle high-volume client and intercompany billing, reconcile projects, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate job numbers and timely POs.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a permanent contract and hybrid working model.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a financial operations role.
• High level of English or bilingual in English.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Client and intercompany project reconciliation and billing for high-volume project entities.
• Maintain and update billing trackers.
• Work with Project Managers to obtain client POs.
• Assist Project Managers and intercompany clients to set up job numbers in ManagePlus and Vantage with final reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly summaries of revenue status tracking against annual objectives.
• Ad hoc projects as requested.
