OCX in Madrid is seeking an experienced Client Finance and Billing Coordinator to support the Controllership Team and financial operations across the agency. You will handle high-volume client and intercompany billing, reconcile projects, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate job numbers and timely POs.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a permanent contract and hybrid working model.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a financial operations role.
• High level of English or bilingual in English.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Client and intercompany project reconciliation and billing for high-volume project entities.
• Maintain and update billing trackers.
• Work with Project Managers to obtain client POs.
• Assist Project Managers and intercompany clients to set up job numbers in ManagePlus and Vantage with final reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly summaries of revenue status tracking against annual objectives.
• Ad hoc projects as requested.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Finance and Billing Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team in Madrid. This role supports our Controllership Team and will support financial operations across the agency.

We are in need of someone who is a team-oriented, motivated, and results-oriented individual who can perform within a fast pace results driven group.

Responsabilities

• Client and intercompany project reconciliation and billing for high volume project entities.
• Maintain and update billing trackers.
• Work with Project Managers to obtain client POs.
• Assist Project Managers and intercompany clients to set up job numbers in ManagePlus and Vantage together with checking the final job reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly summaries of the revenue status tracking against the annual objectives plus any outstanding issues.
• Ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

• High level of English or Bilingual in English
• 1-2 years of experience working in a financial operations role.
• Strong interest in a financial operations role required.
• Must be able to manage large volume of activity on an ongoing basis.
• Must be able to effectively work with many different internal teams/departments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
