Pexapark is seeking a Financial Controller based in Madrid to own group financial reporting, control, and operations. You will work with the CFO in a high-visibility role, ensuring consolidation across the international group and maintaining strong internal controls.

You will lead month-end close, statutory reporting under IFRS/US GAAP, and support fundraising, investor reporting, and M&A activities as the business grows. This is a hybrid role in Madrid with English as the working language.

Formación

• Strong people management experience with virtual and local teams.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of finance experience in international or multi-entity environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; working language of the role.
• Hands-on experience with consolidated or group reporting across multiple entities or currencies.

Responsabilidades

• Own the consolidated month-end and year-end close process with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements per IFRS or US GAAP across entities.
• Manage external audits and act as primary contact for group auditors.
• Implement and maintain a group-wide internal controls framework.
• Provide guidance on technical accounting matters to CFO.
