MVST is a full product delivery studio with offices in Munich and Barcelona. We work across strategy, UX/UI design, product management, and software development to craft tailored digital experiences.

You will own the product end-to-end, collaborating with clients, designers, and engineers to define requirements, shape UX, and drive delivery from brief to release. Fluent German and English are valued in daily client work.

Formación

• 2–4 years in product management, ideally in a digital agency, consultancy, startup, or tech company.
• Comfortable across disciplines; can discuss UX and design without needing to code.
• Strong communication skills with clients and engineers; can simplify complexity.
• Curious, opinionated, adaptable with a product-focused mindset.
• Fluent in German and English for daily client and internal use.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product end-to-end across strategy, design, and delivery.
• Run workshops with clients and present work to build trust and alignment.
• Define requirements and shape UX direction with designers and engineers.
• Translate messy requirements into clear user flows for fast development.
• Push for continuous improvement in features, flows, and frameworks.
