Chanel in Madrid is seeking a Client Experience Host to be the boutique's main contact with clients on the shop floor, delivering seamless hospitality during visits.

You will greet and host clients, anticipate needs, and support the retail team to create a memorable luxury experience. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus experience in luxury hospitality, are preferred.

Our boutiques are at the core of our business, and our desire is always to provide exceptional client experience. We are looking for a Client Experience Host to act as the boutique’s main point of contact for our clients on the shop floor and to support the retail teams with seamless hospitality in boutique. Responsibilities include greeting and hosting responsibilities for clients. This role will be instrumental in creating and curating the ultimate luxury experience for our clients during their visit, anticipating client requests and elevating service levels. What Impact Can You Create At Chanel

• Providing personalised service to clients organising the ultimate hospitality around appointments.
• Meet clients as they arrive, understanding and anticipating their needs and how to assist them.
• Ensure optimal use of queue management system.
• Working closely with the FAs on knowing their clients and supporting them to execute a successful appointment, coaching them on the finer details that matter.
• Soft concierge duties – supporting arranging transport, local hospitality reservations, recommendations as appropriate
• In depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures, and client services
