Do you have a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and the ambition to take relationships and business with them to the next level? We are looking for a Client Experience Executive with advanced / bilingual English to lead relationships with our eCommerce clients, strengthen partnerships, and position ourselves as strategic partners in their business. You will play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. We work 100% remotely because we believe talent should flow freely. You can apply from anywhere in the world!

What challenges await you?

  • Lead and develop client relationships.
  • Closely monitor their satisfaction with our services.
  • Plan and execute strategies focused on client retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure that SEO strategies are aligned with client goals and oversee the quality of service delivered in collaboration with our SEO strategists and analysts.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Advanced / bilingual English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Experience in managing B2B client relationships (mandatory).
  • Passion for excellence in customer service and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
  • Proactivity, organization, and excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus.
