Formación

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality reservations or similar role.

Job Description

Working in collaboration with the sales team and under the authority of the AP House Director, the Client Experience Coordinator oversees the hospitality for the house and all topics linked to Client Experience.

Responsibilities include :

• Communication with clients for the AP House.
• Managing daily schedules for shipments of gifts and birthday presents.
• Enhancing the quality of service in the AP House to meet the standards defined by AP HQ.
• Defining F&B offerings for daily activities and event activations.
• Managing daily activations of the AP House, such as flowers, fragrances, and other amenities.
• Monitoring and following the corresponding budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality reservations or a similar role.
• Strong motivational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent customer care and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle a complex, multifaceted role under pressure.
