Job Title : Principal Product Designer

Salary : €170k+

Business Profile : Series D Funded SaaS Productivity Scaleup with 350+ employees.

Location : You must be located in Spain and be available for international travel twice per quarter.

About the role :

We're seeking a Principal Product Designer with strong leadership experience to drive design excellence across multiple key product lines, tackling complex challenges at scale for enterprise customers. In this role, you'll balance a holistic, strategic perspective with hands-on design expertise, crafting seamless product experiences, improving usability, and ensuring a customer-first approach.

You'll be part of a 10-person design org, spanning mid-level to staff-level, where you'll mentor, coach, and inspire others to elevate their craft and push the boundaries of design innovation with the Product Design Director.

About you : Must haves :

• 8+ years of experience in design, with a proven track record of driving impact at a senior level.
• Proven expertise in shipping complex B2B SaaS products for scaleups (bonus points if they served enterprise customers)
• You excel at interaction design, effortlessly connecting flows across complex B2B products.
• You've been a design leader (most likely from staff / principal and above) within a design team of 5+ people, helping to uplift design through craft leadership.
• Proactive, independent, and driven by a passion for solving broad challenges and making impactful, company-wide changes.
