We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Experience Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role :

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee the client experience in our AP House. As Client Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing communication with clients, coordinating daily schedules, and enhancing the quality of service to meet the highest standards of hospitality.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Coordinating daily schedules, including shipments of gifts and birthday presents;
  • Defining and implementing the Food & Beverage (F&B) offer for daily activities and event activations;
  • Ensuring the seamless activation of the AP House, including flowers, fragrances, and other amenities;
  • Monitoring and managing budgets to ensure financial control;

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong motivational abilities, and the ability to manage complex tasks under pressure. You will also need to possess a deep understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
