CONVOTIS Iberia is looking to incorporate a Client Engagement Manager (CEM). This is a remote position, and the CEM will join an innovative business line to drive Single Customer View projects.

AT A GLANCE

  • The CEM will develop effective, scalable e-commerce & B2B marketing automation programs to support the client’s business goals throughout the customer journey, including customer acquisition, reactivation of lost clients, prevention of churn, effective onboarding, optimizing cross-sell and up-sell activities, promotion of services, loyalty, and increased brand awareness.
  • This role supports the Digital Transformation initiative and drives success by planning, creating, executing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing automation and phygital programs. This includes inputting into content strategy, setup, maintenance, deployment, and regular review of nurture programs, drip campaigns, and triggered actions using a Marketing Automation Platform in combination with CRM and the Marketing stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main objectives:

  • Define, set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation programs to generate, qualify, and hand over quality leads as per the Sales/Marketing SLA, filling the sales pipeline and reaching Lead Acquisition targets.
  • Reactivate lost clients and mitigate customer churn through tailored automation programs.
  • Onboard new clients effectively, helping them reach their business potential.
  • Implement and manage Lead Scoring systems in collaboration with Sales, based on demography, business fit, and lead behavior.
  • Contribute to Content Strategy & Customer Personas and oversee content creation for User Journeys & Automated Activities.
  • Analyze and determine the best channel mix for Lead Acquisition (SEO, content, paid, outbound).
  • Identify automation opportunities by analyzing customer trends and user behavior.

Main functions:

Marketing automation implementation:

  • Translate requirements into functional campaigns and workflows within the Marketing Automation Platform, CRM, and other tools.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize the automation infrastructure, including drip programs, lead scoring, attribution, profiling, segmentation, workflows, personalization, scheduling, and testing.

Lead acquisition and nurturing:

  • Manage lead nurturing, qualification, and scoring to meet MQL and SAL goals.
  • Apply lead scoring practices to improve conversion rates.

Analytics and reporting:

  • Report on ROI of Lead Acquisition campaigns, optimize channel mix, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management, and compliance.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze email KPIs to inform content marketing strategies.

Programme optimisation:

  • Lead A/B and multivariable testing on campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Run experiments, develop processes, and deploy tools for optimization.

Collaboration:

  • Work with teams and vendors to ensure campaign success.
  • Manage projects and communication effectively.
  • Act as marketing liaison with Salesforce, Bloomreach, and related platforms.

Marketing technology:

  • Ensure seamless integration of platforms, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Evaluate new tools and software as needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 3+ years’ experience with marketing automation and phygital programs using platforms like Bloomreach, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM.
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer acquisition, growth programs, and performance optimization.
  • 3+ years' experience in e-commerce & CRO, including A/B testing and attribution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of CRM integration with marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to communicate marketing automation impacts effectively.
  • Experience with experiments and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong SEO knowledge.
  • Understanding of GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with Customer-Centric and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
