Role & Responsibilities
  • Maintain legal agreements and corporate documentation across various product lines within the Apex Group.
  • Draft and negotiate client service agreements, creating templates as needed.
  • Respond to daily inquiries from internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Create, manage, and update corporate databases and trackers.
  • Monitor contractual terms.
  • Support the Apex Group Legal Department with ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Legal or legal assistant qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in fiduciary, financial services, or law firms.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Willingness to undertake ad hoc tasks and build strong client relationships.
