Giorgio Armani is hiring a Client Advisor for our new Emporio Armani Corner in El Corte Inglés of Marbella. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as an ambassador for our brand, ensuring that all clients enjoy their shopping experience and receive expert guidance on collections.

You will build strong customer relationships, collect CRM details, and help achieve store objectives while maintaining high standards of behavior, stock and product presentation.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion sales.
• Excellent presence and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Client Advisor full time to join for our new Emporio Armani Corner in El Corte Inglés of Marbella. Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as an ambassador for our brand is to ensure that all of our clients enjoy their entire shopping experience.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
• Fulfil individual and store objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships. Collecting customer CRM details for customer portfolio and follow up with them.
• Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
• Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and being a fan of our brand.

PROFILE

• At least +2 years of experience in fashion sales - MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN FASHION
• Good presence and communication skills.
• Passionate about Fashion.
• Vocation for customer service and commitment in retail and luxury sector.
• High level of English and Spanish (others are a plus).
• Previous experience with ECI will be highly valued.
• Candidates residing in Marbella or the surrounding areas are preferred.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant systems.
