Job summary

SBE is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Civil3D) to join our international team. Based in our Belgium HQ with a Spain office, you will develop BIM models and 2D layouts for Belgian infrastructure projects, including roads, intersections, and water management systems.

Travel to Belgium 1–2 times a year is possible. You will collaborate with engineers on challenging designs, ensure data quality, and contribute to 3D visualisations and documentation for clients.

Qualifications

• Certificate as a Technical BIM/CAD designer or equivalent through experience.
• 3–8 years of relevant infrastructure project experience.
• Excellent skills in Civil3D & AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop projects in preliminary, concept and final design stages.
• Evaluate and construct base models from all existing 2D- and 3D-data.
• Develop a 3D model (or a part of it).
• Create 2D layouts and plans in accordance with client demands.
• Extract qualitative models for 3D visualisations, tables and documents from the 3D model.
• Collaborate with an experienced team of engineers on highly challenging projects.
