360BIM is seeking a dedicated BIM Modeler to translate complex designs into precise 3D Revit models, ensuring data quality and consistency across project stages.

You will collaborate with BIM coordinators and architects to refine modeling guidelines, build project families, and support clash detection. This role combines technical depth with mentorship to elevate team performance.

Formación

• University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Strong passion for architectural technology and computation.
• Deep knowledge of the Revit Family Editor.
• Proven track record in 3D coordination and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Ability to set priorities independently and delegate BIM tasks strategically.
• Solid knowledge of national and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain high-quality 3D models in Revit.
• Model architectural and MEP elements in detail.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across project phases.
• Collaborate with BIM coordinators and architects to optimize modeling guidelines.
• Create and maintain project-specific parametric content (families).
• Support 3D coordination, interoperability and clash detection.
• Mentor and train staff in Revit and BIM methodology.
• Monitor and quality assure Revit models.

As a BIM Modeler at 360BIM, you are the heart of our digital design process. You precisely transform complex designs into intelligent 3D models and ensure the high quality of our project data through your attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of high-quality 3D models in Revit according to BIM standards.
• Detailed modeling of architectural and MEP elements.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across all project phases.
• Collaboration with BIM coordinators and architects to optimize modeling guidelines.
• Creating and maintaining project-specific parametric content (families).
• Strategic support for 3D coordination, interoperability and clash detection.
• Mentoring and training employees in Revit and BIM methodology.
• Continuous monitoring and quality assurance of Revit models.

Requirements

• University degree (Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar).
• Great passion for the intersection of architectural technology and computation.
• Deep knowledge of the Revit Family Editor.
• Proven track record in 3D coordination and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Ability to set priorities independently and delegate BIM tasks strategically.
• Solid knowledge of national and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

Nice to have

• Skills in: Rhino.Inside, Dynamo, Python or general programming.
• Experience with Grasshopper, Enscape and Autodesk Construction Cloud (CDE).
• Practical experience in design and construction.
• Fluent handling of digital collaboration solutions.
