Mammoet in Spain seeks a Civil Project Lead to oversee national and international heavylifting campaigns, coordinating on-site execution and safety as a core priority.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, manage contracts, and control project performance across diverse environments, with growth into larger, more complex programs and potential international assignments. Fluent English is required for this role.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
• Experience in a similar Civil engineering role (at least 2 years).
• Evidence of project preparation, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Oversee critical planning, communications, decisions, management and actions for the project
• Manage all contract-related activities, risk management, project preparation, execution and control
• Progressively handle projects of increasing scale and complexity
• Possibly oversee international/global projects with varying durations
