Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to own and lead the global information security strategy, organization, and execution across the company’s technology, products, and corporate environments.

Reporting to the CTO, the CISO will drive risk management, secure development, IAM and Zero Trust, incident response, third‑party security, governance (ISO27001, GDPR), and AI security, while partnering with Legal, Privacy and Engineering to enable fast, safe business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience, preferably in global software/technology products.
• 5+ years in significant security leadership roles (CISO/VP Security or equivalent).
• 2+ years as a CISO or senior security leader in a global SaaS or software company.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global information security strategy and roadmap.
• Drive security governance, risk management, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR.
• Oversee security across product engineering, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems.
• Lead security incidents, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
• Build a security-first culture with cross-functional partnership across Engineering, Legal, Privacy and IT.
