Cisco Unified Communications Engineer – Managed Services

What Will You Do?

You’ll join a Cisco Unified Communications Managed Services project, where you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of Cisco telecom and videoconferencing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications environments
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and videoconferencing systems
• Expertise in Cisco v12.5 telecom stack: CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP Phones
• Experience with Cisco video systems: CMS, TMS, Cisco video endpoints
• Proficiency in VMware (v7 & v8)
• Solid command of SIP and H.323 communication protocols

Additional Valued Skills:

• Knowledge of WAN / LAN networking and security
• Experience with systems and infrastructure administration

Languages: English (B2+ / C1) — required for reading, writing, and speaking in an international environment

Soft Skills: Teamwork and collaboration, adaptability to change, service orientation, precision and attention to detail, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset

Work Location

100% On-Site (Getafe)
