PAGE EXECUTIVE is representing a private equity-backed industrial technology and engineering services group seeking a Chief Executive Officer. The role requires steering strategy, governance and performance across multiple sites while delivering organic growth and successful integrations.

The successful candidate will lead organisational transformation, drive operational excellence and build a high-performing leadership team to realise a scalable platform for sustained growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in industrial engineering, technical services, automation, or related project environments.
• Track record of full P&L ownership and delivering commercial growth and operational improvements.
• Experience leading post-acquisition integration across decentralised businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's strategic plan to drive sustainable growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
• Lead the evaluation, integration and performance improvement of acquired businesses, ensuring operational synergies and cultural alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end business operations including P&L management, budgeting, cash flow, forecasting and KPIs.
• Develop and manage the commercial strategy, identifying opportunities for organic growth, cross-selling and partnerships.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, quality, safety and resolution of operational challenges across units.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and drive accountability and execution across sites.
• Establish robust governance, reporting structures and management processes while monitoring KPIs.

Job Description

• Define and execute the company's strategic plan to drive sustainable growth, profitability and long-term value creation.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven senior leadership experience within industrial engineering, technical services, automation, industrial solutions or related project-based environments.
• Strong track record of full P&L ownership and delivering commercial growth, operational improvements and business performance.
• Solid understanding of project-driven operations, engineering services, industrial installations or comparable technical activities.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation, stakeholder management and post-acquisition integration across decentralised businesses.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and results-oriented leader with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
