Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior IT leader to drive a major technology transformation for a multinational group in the ingredients industry. You will lead IT integration of acquisitions, standardize processes, and guide ERP strategy across sites and countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT integration of acquisitions and align systems, processes, data, governance, and standards across a growing international organization.
• Define and execute the global IT strategy, operating model, technology roadmap, and governance framework to support growth and operational excellence.
• Drive evaluation, selection, implementation, and international rollout of the future Group ERP platform and shape long-term technology landscape.
• Standardize and harmonize business processes, enterprise applications, and data models across countries, sites, and business units.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Reporting, Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Ensure business continuity during integration programs, including data migration, system integration, risk management, and compliance.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing international IT team while managing partners, system integrators, vendors, and investments.
• Advise senior leadership on digital transformation, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making for sustainable growth.

• Lead the IT integration of recent and future acquisitions, ensuring the successful alignment of systems, processes, data, governance, and technology standards across a growing international organization.
• Define and execute the global IT strategy, operating model, technology roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring technology effectively supports business growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Drive the evaluation, selection, implementation, and international rollout of the future Group ERP platform, playing a key role in shaping the organization's long-term technology landscape.
• Lead the standardization and harmonization of business processes, enterprise applications, and data models across multiple countries, manufacturing sites, and business units.
• Oversee the enterprise technology ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Reporting, Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Ensure business continuity throughout integration and transformation programs, overseeing data migration, system integration, cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing international IT team while managing strategic technology partners, system integrators, vendors, and IT investments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying and delivering opportunities in digital transformation, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth and value creation.
