About the role :

One of the key advantages of joining our team is the structured career progression and the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities from day one. As an SDR, you will leverage your experience to drive outbound sales strategies and refine our approach to the DACH market. Your performance and impact will directly shape your bonus structure and career trajectory. Beyond the SDR role, you’ll have clear growth opportunities into positions such as Senior SDR, Junior AE, or Senior AE, allowing you to take ownership of your professional development and make a tangible impact on the team’s success.

What will be your impact :

  1. Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments exclusively in the German market by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
  2. Execute outbound campaigns through email, cold calls, and social media to engage prospects, qualify leads, and generate interest in bsport’s solutions.
  3. Collaborate closely with the sales team and an Account Executive to identify and generate qualified business opportunities.
  4. Book demos with an Account Executive.
  5. Develop expertise in the boutique fitness industry to better understand client needs and position bsport as the go-to solution.
  6. Report and manage all of your activities on our Hubspot and Salesloft platform to organize your own Sales Pipeline.
  7. Attend industry events like FIBO alongside the German team to network, engage prospects, and promote bsport’s solutions.

You would be a great fit if you have :

  1. Native level of German (key requirement) and fluency in English.
  2. Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Eagerness to grow your sales skills. Your first two weeks will be dedicated to an in-depth onboarding, providing you with the best resources to excel in sales. Ongoing training and development will support your continuous growth.
  4. Are precise, communicate effectively, and bring a creative mindset to share ideas, solve problems, and drive innovation.
  5. Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
