Mission: The LRRS team leads the OFS migrations, designs and maintains systems for LRR processes, supports and manages incidents, and ensures effective communication and training for users. The team strives for continuous improvement and adopts agile methodologies within the FRESH EMEA hub, based in Madrid and Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Local Regulatory Reporting solutions such as WKFS, CoreLRR, Report Generator, and local tools.
- Deploy LRR solutions for international entities including CIB/BP2S in EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions.
- Analyze LRR processes, including system architecture, manual tasks, report inventories, and data flows.
- Define solutions following OFS and LRRS architecture principles.
- Develop specifications, test strategies, user manuals, and training materials.
- Maintain documentation and support decision-making processes within governance bodies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field with relevant certifications.
- 3-6 years experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within banking or consulting sectors.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and experience with finance systems and business analysis.
- Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, SQL, Business Object, COGNOS, and local vendor solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
