About the role:

The topic of e-business combines many areas at Jungheinrich, from the development and operation of various e-commerce stores to the development and operation of a Jungheinrich customer portal with the connection of a variety of applications used by our customers/partners.

We are looking for a:

A Project Manager / Product Owner for the development and design of a customer-centric Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to create the detailed concept and accompany the development using scrum methods (including coordination with the IT department and stakeholders).

Key Responsibilities:

Detailed conception and description of requirements (user stories) as well as business-focused project management for the development of a CIAM solution with the goal of designing a uniform and simple authorization structure across all digital touchpoints to the customer that require authorization.

Tasks:

• Establish a single point of communication and accountability - Stakeholder coordination and Management Reports.
• Provide vision and direction to the project team, communicating effectively to ensure the project is progressing in the right direction, at the right speed.
• Bring together the requirements from different departments to shape the CIAM design.
• Derive the requirements and create the user stories.
• Clarify data sovereignties, processes, and legal frameworks.
• Create processes for operation (operating model).
• Close cooperation with the development team and CIAM IT service manager.
• Manage costs, time, and resources; create project plan and roadmap.
• Act as the quality control to keep everything in line with stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 7-10 years of experience as a Business Project Manager / Product Owner with IT background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a globally acting corporation with cross-functional collaboration and process experience.
• The Business Project Manager must be an organized, analytical individual with technical skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven record of Business Projects with IT background.
• CIAM background.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Sharp networking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Educational background in business.
• Strong understanding of digital business.
• Very good knowledge in MS Office.
• Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills); C1 level.
• A background in B2B business (e.g., mechanical engineering, logistics, or production) is an advantage.
