A leading holiday company is looking for childcare providers in Ibiza to create fun programs for children aged 0-3. Candidates should have a recognized childcare qualification, enjoy working with children, and possess strong communication skills. The role offers seasonal or permanent contracts, competitive salary starting at €24,500 gross per year, and opportunities for professional growth. Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 24,500 gross / year. Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines. You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents / guardians questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests requirements.
