ABOUT OUR OFFER

Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 24,500 gross / year. Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform. ABOUT THE JOB

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines. You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents / guardians questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests requirements. REQUISITOS

• You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team.
• For this position, you need to have a recognised childcare qualification / education with specialisation of 0-3 year olds.
• You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to facilitate sessions and work as part of an international team.
• Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kids discos and evening entertainment sessions.
• You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
