Senior Platform Engineer

A senior platform engineer is a critical member of our team, responsible for creating the foundational layers and core building blocks of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the Developer Experience
• Lower Technical Overhead for Squads / Pods
• Proof-of-Concept New Technologies and Implement Best Practices
• Support and Help Other Teams as Needed

The ideal candidate will have experience working on Cloud Providers, a good understanding of development (ideally in JavaScript / Node.js), experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK), knowledge of building libraries and tools, complex API systems, and a keen interest in working in a cross-team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in a similar role, but we encourage applicants who believe they have the right skills and qualifications, regardless of diploma requirements. Experience in an innovative / breaking walls environment and healthcare industry is a plus.

Language and Soft Skills

Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory, along with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and teamwork spirit.
