The ideal candidate will lead by example with strong leadership skills, demonstrating resilience under pressure while fostering a positive team environment. Required qualifications include ENG1, STCW, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience on yachts over 80m. This position offers a salary of EUR 9,000 with a 2:2 rotation and a worldwide itinerary.

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hands-on Chief Steward(ess) with proven leadership skills and a strong track record of longevity. The ideal candidate will lead by example, demonstrate resilience under pressure, and maintain a positive, professional attitude while fostering a supportive team environment. A good sense of humour, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills are also key.
