What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) with extensive experience in the FMCG and food industry to join our team. You will have four direct reports: Sales Director, Marketing Director, Digital Director, and Design Director.
At Smileat, we value innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking. As CSMO, you will help us continue to foster a culture of excellence and drive our commitment to providing high-quality products in the children’s nutrition sector.
You will be part of the company’s C-level team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your role will be key in driving the strategic plan for the next five years, with a strong focus on sales channels, optimizing our product assortment, maximizing our current distribution, and strengthening trade marketing efforts. Close collaboration with the rest of the C-level team (CFO, CPO, COO) will also be essential.
The Sales Director will report directly to you. This team currently consists of 4 members.
Marketing Department:
The Marketing Director will report directly to you. This team currently consists of 4 members.
Digital Team:
The Digital Director will report directly to you. This team currently consists of 4 members.
Design Team:
The Design Director will report directly to you. This team currently consists of 4 members.

In the first 6 months, you will focus on optimizing the current sales strategies, reviewing existing marketing plans, and aligning the teams towards a unified vision for growth. You will also play an active role in integrating new products into the market successfully.
