You will develop and oversee all PR activities, mentor a distributed team, engage with media and stakeholders, and guide executive messaging to protect and advance the company narrative globally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing PR strategies with measurable results.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.
• Extensive media contacts across industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee all media relations activities, including proactive outreach and reactive crisis management.
• Manage the company's reputation and brand image across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Create and approve press materials, statements, and key messaging.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for product launches, corporate announcements, and special initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Advise senior leadership on PR matters and potential communication risks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company remains at the forefront of communication best practices.
