The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience building internal platforms and is skilled in Python and AI frameworks. Your Mission

Own and evolve Isleño’s internal tech platform—from optimizing low-code tools (Make.com, monday.com) to building our scalable, AI-powered v1.0. You’ll architect automation, lead engineering, and help us run as a self-driving company.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve our internal systems
• Design multi-agent workflows (sales, fundraising, sourcing)
• Audit and optimize our current stack
• Build our custom v1.0 platform from scratch
• Lead a small, elite tech team
• Collaborate directly with CEO & leadership

First 90 Days

• Launch an AI-powered bot into production
• Present v1.0 blueprint to the executive team

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years building internal platforms (low-code & full-code)
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or custom)
• Skilled in Python, JS / TS, Docker, APIs, CI / CD
• Fluent in Make.com, monday.com
• Builder of systems—not just scripts
• Great communicator who ships fast & clean
