This remote position requires strong experience in scaling AI products and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Candidates must be fluent in Russian. We are looking for a Product Owner to lead our innovative AI product - TheOne.

Your main tasks will be:

• identifying product growth opportunities
• formulating hypotheses and creating the roadmap
• managing requirements for hypothesis implementation
• analyzing experiment results
• operational management of the department's activities

We expect from you:

• experience in scaling AI products
• ability to formulate hypotheses and requirements for their implementation
• ability to manage development teams
• ability to validate hypothesis results
• ability to conduct product research (both quantitative and qualitative)
• ability to communicate effectively with designers, analysts, and development teams
• ability to work with metrics and identify product growth opportunities
• fluent Russian
