Job description

We are seeking a Chief Officer, ideally with a Master 3000 CoC, to join a demanding Project on a 57mt M/Y. The Vessel will be refitted over the next two winters in Barcelona but must be operational for charter in the Mediterranean during summer 2027, with a world cruise planned from summer 2028.

Because the vessel exceeds 500 gt, we require focus and experience on the office side, alongside hands‑on deck work when needed, particularly during summer.

The Bridge Team will comprise a Captain, Staff Captain, and Chief Officer during summer. During ShipYard periods two of these three will be onboard at any time, allowing leave for the third. Once the world cruise begins, we will add another Bridge Team Member to ensure equal rotation between two Captains and two Chief Officers.
