What you will do:

As a Chief of Staff, you will be the right-hand person to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their management team. Your main mission will be to optimize time and ensure the efficiency of the management team and their roles within our company. You will be part of an amazing high-performing team. The position is based in Barcelona and may require some travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be the Right Hand to the COO: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner, providing insights and proactive advice to guide decision-making. Ensure the COO is fully prepared for meetings with detailed agendas, supporting materials, and actionable follow-ups. Manage communication flow, triaging inbound communication, preparing outbound messages, and providing real-time access to critical reports and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate and Coordinate for the COO's Direct Reports: Serve as the central facilitator and coordinator to ensure efficient collaboration and alignment with company strategy. Optimize communication, organize functional meetings, and track OKRs to ensure accountability and resource allocation.
  • Lead Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Own the budgeting process for the Operations & Central Sales team, including preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets. Oversee budget trade-offs and track performance to meet financial targets.
  • Drive and Manage Strategic Projects: Act as a project manager for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate project lifecycle, facilitate steering committees, analyze data, and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.

Why you'll thrive in this role:

You will be at the center of the Operations & Central Sales function, working on strategic planning, organizational coordination, and problem-solving. Your role will require attention to detail, influence without authority, and strong analytical skills.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Economics, potentially with an MBA.
  • You have 8-10 years of experience, including roles in strategic consulting, Chief of Staff, or business management, preferably in a tech company.
  • You possess strong business acumen, a cross-functional mindset, and a strategic approach.
  • You have excellent analytical skills, confidence with numbers and complex information.
  • You are a people-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, capable of building trust and collaborating effectively with management. Your communication skills are exceptional.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable under pressure. You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in at least one additional European language (e.g., Italian, Spanish, French).

What we offer you:

  • An awesome team (not everybody likes our jokes, but we try our best)
  • A permanent contract (useful for stability)
  • Flexible working environment with 2 days of home office per week
  • Competitive fixed salary, bonus, and equity (yes, equity!)
  • Lunch vouchers for each working day (because we like good restaurants)
  • International teams with over 30 nationalities and 16 offices worldwide
  • Highly inclusive working environment
  • Lifestyle benefits (reimbursements for leisure, family support, travel, etc.)
  • Continuous learning and development programs
  • Free access to the Calm app
  • A program to support work/life balance
  • Health insurance fully covered by the company
  • Life Insurance and Disability coverage at no cost to employees
  • Modern offices with dining, coffee points, and leisure areas
  • Team-building events

We believe that we are better together and welcome everyone for who they are. We strive to ensure equal opportunity for all, regardless of ability, age, socioeconomic background, ethnicity, gender, or other protected characteristics. Bring your unique perspectives and experiences to help us disrupt the restaurant industry and excel from good to great.
