Nestlé Nespresso in Barcelona seeks a Head of Enterprise Engineering Excellence to shape and lead the engineering foundations powering our global digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will manage a large, high-performing organization spanning infrastructure, platform engineering, and engineering enablement.

Formación

• 15 years of senior engineering or technology leadership in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading large, globally distributed engineering teams (≈200 engineers).
• Deep cloud and platform engineering expertise (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and automation.
• Strategic mindset linking technology decisions to business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Proven ability to drive transformation and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide engineering excellence strategy.
• Lead a global organization of 200 engineers.
• Accelerate modernization through DevSecOps, cloud, automation, SRE, platform engineering, and AI.
• Own and evolve engineering platforms to enable speed and scalability.
• Ensure secure, reliable infrastructure with governance and compliance.
• Drive operational excellence including incident, problem, and change management.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into tangible business outcomes.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and cost optimization while maximizing value delivery.
