Nestlé Nespresso SA is seeking a Head of Enterprise Engineering Excellence to lead the engineering foundations powering its global digital ecosystem. You will report to the Global Head of IT and manage a large, distributed team spanning infrastructure, platform engineering, and enablement.

You will drive modernization through DevSecOps, cloud, automation, and AI, shaping strategy, while ensuring secure, reliable operations and governance at enterprise scale.

• 15+ years of experience in senior engineering or technology leadership roles in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations (200+ scale).
• Deep expertise across cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, and modern architectures.
• Strong experience with cloud-native, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and automation.

• Manage budgets, vendors, and cost optimization while maximizing value delivery.

The Role

As the Head of Enterprise Engineering Excellence, you will shape and lead the engineering foundations that power Nespresso’s global digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will lead a large, high-performing organization spanning infrastructure, platform engineering, and engineering enablement.

You will be instrumental in accelerating Nespresso’s digital transformation—enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale products faster, more securely, and with greater impact. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will define engineering strategy, modernize ways of working, and influence outcomes at enterprise scale.

In This Role, You Will

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in senior engineering or technology leadership roles in complex enterprise environments
• Proven track record leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations (200+ scale)
• Deep expertise across cloud (Azure preferred), infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, and modern architectures
• Strong experience with cloud-native, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and automation
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology decisions to business impact
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to drive transformation, culture change, and operational excellence
