THE ROLE :

We are seeking a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities :
  1. Marketing and Sales Strategies :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Assess and refine the value proposition of products regularly.
  • Create marketing plans for new products or markets consistent with the company's vision and standards.
  1. Market Research and Analysis :
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and analyze trends and challenges.
  • Provide market forecasts and reports through data collection and interpretation.
  1. Digital Marketing :
  • Define digital marketing strategies, set KPIs, and monitor performance across channels such as website, email, social media, and lead generation.
  • Oversee creative marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and ROI maximization.
  • Develop lead nurturing processes to convert prospects into customers.
  • Optimize channel strategies and manage vendors accordingly.
  1. Data Management and Performance Analysis :
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales activities.
  • Establish and track KPIs; utilize data analysis to inform decisions.
  1. Forecasting and Pipeline Management :
  • Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.
  • Track opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and analyze sales data for trends and improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  1. Customer Relationship Management :
  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions and retention.
  • Use CRM data for insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
  • Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and advertising campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in the US market.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for cycling.
