We are the premier Official Tour Operator for the Tour de France and a world-class reference for cycling tours, renowned throughout the cycling industry for providing best-in-class experiences dedicated to avid cyclists. After two decades of steady growth, the company is now raising the bar to the next level.

THE ROLE :

We are seeking a CHIEF MARKETING & SALES OFFICER to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategy.

Responsibilities include :

  1. Marketing and Sales Strategies :
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  3. Plan, implement, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  4. Assess the value proposition of products regularly.
  5. Develop marketing strategies for new products or markets in line with the company vision and standards.

Market Research and Analysis :

  1. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, opportunities, trends, and challenges.
  2. Provide market forecasts and reports by analyzing and interpreting data.

Digital Marketing :

  1. Define digital marketing strategies, action plans, and KPIs to monitor performance, including website management, email marketing, social media, and lead generation.
  2. Oversee creative marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring brand consistency and ROI maximization.
  3. Develop lead generation and nurturing processes to convert leads into sales.
  4. Evaluate and optimize channel performance; manage vendors and third-party partners.

Data Management and Performance Analysis :

  1. Monitor sales and marketing performance continuously.
  2. Establish and track KPIs; analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Forecasting and Pipeline Management :

  1. Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to track opportunities and identify bottlenecks.
  2. Analyze sales data to inform strategies and develop relationships with channel partners.

Customer Relationship Management :

  1. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions and retention.
  2. Use CRM data to generate insights supporting sales and marketing decisions.

Qualifications :

  1. Degree in marketing or related field.
  2. 5-10 years experience in a similar role.
  3. Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and CRM management.
  4. Extensive experience in the US market.
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish.
  6. Passion for cycling.
