Role Overview
As ComAve's CMO, you will lead and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy covering digital, media, community-led growth, and content-driven acquisition. You will be responsible for scaling the company's user base, optimizing acquisition channels and Product, and strengthening the brand presence globally. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with leadership across Product, Sales (Hospitality, Retail & eCommerce managers), Customer Care, and Operations to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Build and scale a content-driven marketing strategy that fosters a strong community around ComAve.
Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic acquisition, SEO, CRM, and social media.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
