We’re looking for a strategic and globally-minded professional to lead the Marketing function of a fast-growing international company with operations across Europe. What you’ll be doing :

  • Design and lead the global marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Define, coordinate, and oversee marketing plans tailored to specific products, markets, and events.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns with a strong digital focus (social media, paid media, PR, etc.) ensuring successful execution and performance tracking.
  • Analyze trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand positioning and market share growth.
  • Supervise content strategy and media relations, including editorial calendars across digital channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and collaborate cross-functionally with key departments.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards tracking KPIs, campaign ROI, web traffic, and other key metrics.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results orientation.

What we’re looking for :

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within digital companies or fast-paced environments (startups / scaleups).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on, creative approach.
  • Proficient in marketing tools (SEO / SEM, analytics, automation platforms, social media).
  • Strong writing and content supervision skills with commercial focus.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
  • Proven track record in team leadership.
