Cooltra is looking for a new Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Marketing department.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop Cooltra's marketing and communication strategy to achieve the business plan for B2B, B2C, and B2G business lines with diversified revenue streams.
- Lead a team of over 15 people.
- Be part of the Leadership team.
- Define action plans and manage KPIs for different areas of the team: growth, retention, communication, and design.
- Plan and execute global campaigns to generate and increase high-quality leads, coordinating with Regional Managers for local campaign content.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences, providing solutions to ensure retention and growth.
- Select a variety of channels (such as email, landing pages, social media, private and public communities) to find the most effective mix of activities for growth.
- Work closely with the Tech, Product, and Sales departments to improve services.
- Build trust relations and collaborations with providers and partners to achieve optimal results.
Profile
- At least 8 years of experience in building marketing strategies, with a focus on growth and digital marketing.
- Successful previous experience leading a team in areas such as communication, design, acquisition, and retention.
- Exceptional analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Data-driven with a strong analytical orientation.
